Annual General Meeting 2013

The BCA’s Annual General Meeting was held on 14 March 2013 at 8.00 p.m.

The AGM opened with the ‘business’ section of the meeting. No nominations for the committee were received. The officers were re-elected, and other members of the committee were re-elected as required. The Chairman’s report 2013 is attached, as are the BCA Accounts 2012-13. The Minutes of the AGM will be posted here when they are available.

Following a refreshment break, Paul Crosland presented the Environment Award for 2012. Eleven short-listed developments were considered and reviewed during the meeting. No plaque was awarded this year, but certificates of commendation were presented to the following developments:-

  • ‘Castle Wharf Boatyard’ development, Bridge Street, and
  • Brasserie Blanc, 262 High Street.

Members were given the opportunity to raise any issues via a forum at the end of the meeting.

The meeting closed at 9.35 p.m.
